The Panhandle Elementary playground has been one of the greatest blessings for our campus since the construction of our elementary school in 2009. I’ve been fortunate to be part of this campus since the building’s inception, and from the very beginning, the playground has always been a much-needed and much-wanted addition. Fast forward to the passing of the PISD Bond 2023 and the planning process that began in early 2024. After exploring many playground options, Koty and his team at Vibra-Whirl Sports listened closely to our requests and truly brought our vision to life. We wanted open spaces and a variety of playground equipment to meet the needs of students of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Our previous playground had limited space and options—but now, there is something for everyone. Every day, imaginations run wild and creative play thrives right in the heart of our campus. And for our older students, the custom football field and basketball courts have quickly become the place to be every afternoon! Working with the Vibra-Whirl Sports team was an exceptional experience. Communication was consistent, collaboration was seamless, and their commitment to making our dream playground a reality was evident every step of the way.
